WXCN Power (Phase 1)
WXCN Power incorporates men and women who have been incarcerated in its daily operations. The Vision for WXCN Power is to train returning citizens with the communication, sales and business skills to empower them to grow in their purpose. This platform enriches and encourages the second chance community, and the community at large, to get involved with effecting change in issues such as; mass incarceration, community violence, institutionalization, and issues of oppression. Furthermore, creating opportunities to learn and increase knowledge in areas such as; employment, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and more.
Through various arts, WXCN Power will create an atmosphere conducive to effect this change.
